Managed Services
SDG offers managed services whereas setup, configuration, monitoring, and equipment are all provided to the client as part of the solution requested under one monthly service fee.
These services are monitored out of SDG’s datacenter located in Lexington, KY. Each device or service offered comes with a variety of notification methods including paging, email, and phone. Incident and on-site response can also be provided with this service. Reporting of status, incidents and performance are also offered in both written and online formats. Monitoring is provided on a variety of schedules including 8×5, 7×24 or client defined. Log and configuration review services are offered daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually, or client defined.
